Passing yards, single game (Page 1 of 2)
The all-time statistical performance by a quarterback actually came during a postseason loss. Tioga mauled Unatego 80-53 in the 2013 Section 4 Class D final, but not before Unatego sophomore Josh Feyerabend threw for seven TDs and a state-record 581 yards, with much of the damage after his team had fallen far behind at halftime.

He easily broke the New York yardage record held by Greg Paulus, who threw for 543 in 2003.

Also in the 2013 season, Jake Sisson of state playoff quarterfinalist Jamestown went over 400 yards through the air four times in 11 games.
